I worked in the archaeology lab for 4 hours daily working on beach midden sites of the Tlingit Tribe in Alaska with Herb Machener on his doctoral thesis. He is teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Madison currently. We used faunal comparative collections and separated charcoal for dating.
