My name is Erica N. and I am a proud resident of Hastings, Michigan. I have loved living and teaching in this community for many years. I received my bachelor's degree in education from Western Michigan University. I have a passion for working with children. I love helping them grasp concepts that appear out of reach, or challenging them with new concepts when needed.

I have the ability to reach children where they are. To pull them out of the overwhelm that can sometimes consume a struggling student. I am outstanding at challenging students who get bored in class with new content and topics.
