I have more than five years of work experience as a translator and technical project manager. I have certifications in Chinese listening, comprehension, and standard pronunciation since elementary and high school, I also have fluency in classical Chinese. Hi there! Welcome to my page. My name is Yunxin W. and I go by Christina. I grew up in Shanghai, China and came to the US in 2006 for education and career. I have more than five years of work experience as a translator and technical project manager. I have certifications in Chinese listening, comprehension, and standard pronunciation since elementary and high school, I also have fluency in classical Chinese. I was ranked within the top 0.01% in each of the subjects for a Chinese national standardized test including Chinese Literature. I graduated from my Master of Science in Information Management at Syracuse University in 2014.

My mathematics training in China and in the US gave me a solid understanding in various areas of math including algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, and statistics. I have started learning Chinese painting and drawing since I was in kindergarten. My instructor was a famous Chinese painting artist Chen Zhi Ming. I have taken his class for many years. Along with my painting classes, I have taken formal sketching courses. I have won many painting and art awards including a photography that won the second place of Scholastic Journalism Award and a profile sketch that received honorary mention from North Carolina Scholastic Media Association in the United States. When I was in my exchange program in the US, I was also invited to showcase my Chinese painting at Murphy Public Library and Murphy High School at Murphy, North Carolina with some professional artists.

She's teaching me Mandarin. Mandarin includes language skills, writing characters, which we did in our class on 7,31. Our class included review of some of last weeks lesson and new words and writing new characters
