BEST TUTOR EVER!! IF I CAN, YOU CAN!

After learning that I had failed the NCLEX for the fifth time, I was really at a loss for words and didn’t know where to start considering I had done EVERY test prep under the sky for NCLEX. A couple of days later, I randomly talked with a classmate who went through a similar situation and had just passed the NCLEX from the help of Akeeka and recommended her. Of course, I was excited to meet Akeeka but also sat here like “is this lady really going to help me pass”, I spent so much on nclex reviews and re-registering that I contemplated to even go forth with the tutoring. However, after talking with Akeeka on the first encounter, I knew she was what I needed to be successful. Akeeka is ONE OF A KIND. She didn’t judge me on my number of attempts or make me feel inferior because of my situation or when I didn’t get things right during tutoring. Akeeka consistently had an optimistic attitude and motivated me each session. She evaluates you and gives you an individualized plan that is right for you! She will challenge you yet encourage you at the same time. Akeeka breaks down the material in a way that is easy to grasp (you will have a lot of “ah ha” moments)! She is very knowledgeable and well qualified from all of her experience within nursing. You will feel secure and gain that trust needed from Akeeka’s guidance. Her workload can be overwhelming but it is very doable. You have to stay committed to running this race until the end. I have learned that it starts with YOU and your mindset. You have to be positive and BELIEVE that you can and will pass the NCLEX! Yes, there are going to be times where you are like “why am I doing all of this work” or “didn’t I read that yesterday, why am I doing it again” but you have to remember why you started. You only have to take this test ONE TIME! And I guarantee that Akeeka will prepare you to take this test for the LAST time as long as you stay committed to her course. Her method works!! And it is so worth it! As I continued to work with Akeeka, I saw change in how I was critically thinking, approaching questions, thinking more like a nurse and especially the change in me and my confidence. It only got better with time over the sessions that I completed with her. And as mentioned before, I literally did every prep course yet NO course gave me the tools and strategies that Akeeka shared. This is a vital part of her process and she will share them with you too when she sees you are ready! If you are hesitant due to financial concerns, please know that Akeeka genuinely cares about your success. She worked with me numerous of times and each time told me that me passing is her priority! And she will absolutely work with you if brought to her attention. Akeeka is also very flexible with scheduling! It was amazing to experience and see how much she cared about my success even while still maintaining her own personal life and career outside of tutoring. I truly believe that this is Akeeka’s purpose and passion. She is more than an experienced, knowledgeable tutor but someone who will listen and help you gain back the confidence that you may lack and strengthen your abilities to be successful not only for NCLEX but throughout the remainder of your nursing career! I am thrilled to announce that I am officially a REGISTERED NURSE!! And I now know that that “random” talk with my classmate was all God’s plan and I thank Him for this journey and guiding me to Akeeka! Akeeka, THANK YOU!! Thank you for your compassion, leadership, faith, resilience and believing in me when I didn’t at times. Thank you also for your continuous support and motivation even when I thought about giving up. I am inspired by your dedication and I am truly grateful for you and your passion in wanting to help future nurses succeed. As Maya Angelou once said “be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud” and Akeeka was just that for me and I know she will be for you too!!

Great Teacher!!!

Akeeka ensures you not only understand the information, but retain the information. She helps you understand your study style, and yes she gives you homework to ensure you get the results you’re looking for! I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. I am tutoring with Akeeka while finishing up my last semester in my RN ADN program and will continue to do so while preparing to take boards. When you find someone whose passionate about nursing, and know the skills to be a safe nurse, you hold on to them : )

An Amazing & Knowledgable Tutor

Akeeka is an outstanding tutor. It's apparent that she cares about her students and she has the ability to break down the material in a way that is comprehensible. She is patient, kind and will try her best to accommodate you and your schedule. This is extremely helpful, as I currently work full-time. She will help you find your strengths and weaknesses in taking the NCLEX, and helps you understand what you need to do to strengthen those weaknesses. She is an expert in NCLEX prep and her strategies will have you confident and ready to test. I highly recommend Akeeka and am looking forward to my future tutoring sessions with her!

Thank you Akeeka!!

Where do I start?! Akeeka is truly a gift from God!! After failing the NCLEX 3 times, I began to think that I was never going to reach my goal. I used Uworld, Kaplan, and Remar, but nothing compares to Akeeka!! She is organized, smart and has an individual plan for each student. Akeeka believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. She guided me every step of the way with encouragement and confidence. Tutoring with Akeeka was one of the best decisions that I have ever made in my life. (If you follow what she tells you, as well as doing your part.. you will pass !!) Thank you Akeeka, because of you today I am a Registered Nurse !

Excellent NCLEX Tutor

There are not enough pages in the world to describe the type of tutor and person Akeeka is. First, let me start off by saying that if you are reading this, rest assure you have come to the right place. I came to Akeeka at a very devastating and distraught time in my life. After graduating from my accelerated second degree nursing program with a 3.8 GPA, I believed nothing could stop me from taking the NCLEX right after graduation. With an ineffective study structure and a very expensive Uworld membership, I was determined to complete as many questions on Uworld as possible within the next 3 weeks to prep me for my exam. Sitting for the test was one of the worst feelings a test taker could feel. I felt extremely not ready and unprepared to fight this battle. When I had finished the exam at the max amount of questions (145 due to Covid), I walked out of there already knowing I failed. I couldn't even hold my tears back until I got into my car. I was defeated. After waiting 48 hours for my quick results, and running on no sleep due to my anxiety, the words I expected were written right on my screen FAILED. My world instantly turned upside down, and I felt like Alison in Wonderland falling down the rabbit hole but never making it out to the other side. It wasn’t until one day I decided to search on google for a tutor and BOOM… God lead me to Akeeka. When I first messaged Akeeka I automatically felt like I was being saved. She answered me right away and reassured me I was in the right place and she was determined to make me pass. I came to Akeeka so broken. I cried many times to her, and probably drove her nuts half the time, but she never gave up on me and believed in me when I didn't even believe in myself. Aside from my family, Akeeka was my biggest cheerleader. She not only encouraged me every step of the way, but her NCLEX testing plan/ strategy is by far the best in the game (& believe me I’ve bought everything on the market !!!). Akeeka goes right to the source and gives you the perfect NCLEX curriculum to follow. There is a reason Akeeka has a 100% passing rate, and it is because she is the BEST. Let me warn you now that Akeeka’s curriculum is a lot of work, but if you put in the work you will PASS. Akeeka equips you with everything you truly need to know when taking the NCLEX. In order to be successful you must trust in the process and follow everything Akeeka advises you, she will NEVER stir you wrong. Akeeka not only enhanced my nursing knowledge, but gave me skills I felt my nursing program did not even teach me. She completely changed my way of thinking. Before I knew it, the 3.5 weeks of tutoring with Akeeka flew by and it was time to retake my NCLEX in a few days. The morning of my exam I woke up with ease and extreme confidence. I was suited up to fight the battle, and wasn’t walking out of there without a victory. Taking the exam I was relaxed, calm and listened to EVERYTHING Akeeka had told/ taught me. When I walked out of that exam in 90 questions, I felt like I was in control. I had called Akeeka while I was walking out of the exam to tell her how confident I felt, and 48 hours after it was in writing. I had PASSED and became a Registered Nurse! The moment I saw the word “PASS” pop up on my screen I instantly began to fill with so many emotions. I could not have done this without Akeeka’s guidance, wisdom, and most importantly encouragement. Akeeka saved me from throwing it all away. She came into the dark woods and guided me out into the light, and for that I owe her everything !!!!! This experience is something I will never forget, and I truly mean when I say Akeeka is a Godsend. So whether you are a student who just needs refinement, or if you are someone who truly feels lost and needs direction, reach out to Akeeka because there is simply no one else better! Without her I would not be where I am today, and am excited to see where my career goes as a Registered Nurse!!!!
