I had small groups (3-7) at a time. The students who I had in my groups were the ones who needed that extra boost not only in their math skills, but who needed confidence, support, nurturing, and constant positivity enabling them to really believe in themselves, thus, feel good about who they were! Sometimes children need to be reminded how special and amazing they are if they exhibit a positive attitude and work ethic. That is my strong point- always striving to help a child feel good about themselves! I am very familiar with Reveal Math as well as GoMath which are both challenging math series. I enjoy working with children, embracing each one's unique personalities and strengths and striving to improve their weaknesses. I want every child to know they are special and can achieve their goals!
