I'm Michael, a data scientist with a love for math. I completed a Master’s in Applied Statistics and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics concurrently after having earned roughly 60 college credits through AP and CLEP exams. I scored a 5 on both the AP Calculus AB and BC exams and received a 35/36 on both ACT Math and ACT English.

I have been tutoring since 2013, and I’ve helped multiple students improve their standardized test scores and pass their math classes. I provide personalized guidance, identifying each student's strengths and weaknesses. We start with simple examples so that my students can learn to approach theory pragmatically to build a solid foundation for confidently tackling more advanced concepts and problems.

My passion lies in helping students not only understand math but also grasp its real-world significance—the WHY and HOW math underpins almost every field in real life. I thrive on the challenge of turning "I hate and can’t understand math” into "it makes total sense.”
