I am passionate about nutrition, fitness, and business. A lifelong athlete, I began competing in powerlifting in 2015. I received my BS in Dietetics with a minor in Sports Nutrition from the University of Central Missouri in 2016. After working in grocery stores and private practice for two years teaching and coaching both community and sports nutrition, I decided to go the MBA route instead of pursuing my RD. Graduating from Western Governors University in 2020, I am an aspiring healthcare executive in health insurance while still coaching nutrition clients on the side. I am also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (2021 Regent's Award for Up and Coming Early Careerist) and hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Recently obtained third promotion in three years within the health insurance industry. The strongest advocate for career advancement is yourself. Learning how to show up as a high performer and navigate business politics is integral to success. I have helped coach friends and family to new jobs and promotions.

My MBA has an emphasis in Healthcare Management. 5+ years of healthcare experience. Nominated twice for employee of the quarter. Named to corporate sponsored mentorship program.

Minor in sports nutrition with coursework in exercise physiology. Undergraduate research on pre-workout supplements and post exercise recovery. 10+ years weightlifting for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and recreation.
