I am an experienced high school math teacher that has spent the last two years tutoring middle school, high school, and college students at a learning center. I also have a BA in Math and a graduate degree in Math Education, both from Ithaca College.

I have experience teaching Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calc and Trig, and HSPA Math at a public high school. I have also tutored elementary and middle school math, as well as college algebra and calculus. I have experience working with a wide range of students, including advanced students working ahead and struggling students trying to keep up. I have worked with students with special needs in the classroom and in small group and individual settings.

Together, we will work to understand difficult material, improve your study skills and confidence, and identify and attack weaknesses in your fundamental skills that may be holding you back. I believe in a positive approach that helps you gain confidence as well as competence.
