I'm Hope! I graduated from Yale in 2015 with a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering. While there, I spent two years as a peer tutor for an intro physics class, where I held office hours and students came to me with questions. I have been tutoring on Wyzant since 2018.

Great tutor, very helpful and accommodating!

I came to Hope for help on a chemistry prelab assignment lacking much of even the basic chemistry knowledge required for it, regardless she helped me so much and I was able to complete the postlab following that one as well as the next prelab confidently on my own with what I learned from Hope in our single short session. She helped me much more than the videos of my teacher actually explaining the assignments did!

Extremely knowledgeable and patient tutor

Hope helped my 10th grader with several assignments. My daughter is a shy teenager and is not very comfortable with most people, but she explained that Hope made her feel very comfortable and eager to schedule another lesson❤️

Hope is amazing!

She's clearly incredibly knowledgable but she's also a great teacher. She jumped right in and helped my daughter so much, not by explaining everything, but by having my daughter figure out problems and explain them to her. Thank you Hope!
