Fun fact: on the ACT, 75% of one's score is reading and writing, and 25% of one's score is math (counting science as an extended reading section here, one could split it out but doesn't change the math %). By utilizing the 80%/20% principle and focusing on the English and Reading sections of the ACT, one can find the most improvement in their score even if one's not strong in Math or Science.

I was able to score in in the top 6% percentile for my ACT score. I scored a near perfect 34 in English and 33 in Reading. Even with these less than impressive Math and Science score, I received the Presidential Scholarship from the University of Alabama and attended college with free tuition. During my time in college, I excelled in my studies and was recognized for my writing skills, even winning a scholarship for my essay.
