Hi, my name is Ajit! I am a recent graduate from Rutgers University New Brunswick. Since graduating I have worked as a tutor at a nearby center and have helped multiple students achieve better grades and score better on exams such as the SAT and AP exams. I am currently preparing for my masters in machine learning and am active in machine learning communities such as Kaggle.

When I was at school I noticed that the education students receive, both at the K-12 and undergraduate level, is often not tailored to the specific student. I believe that as a tutor I can focus on a single student at a time and tailor their education to their specific needs, a method which has led to many of my students finding academic success!

I received a 5 in my AP Calculus AB exam and I still use it every day when trying to solve problems in machine learning. Similarly I have to use statistics every day in my chosen field and have become very familiar with these two subjects. Algebra 1 and 2 are the basics of any math course, so I had to be very comfortable with them to be successful with AP Calc and AP Stats.
I have tutored these subjects before and I try to give my students a more rigid understanding of the underlying fundamentals of these subjects rather than surface level knowledge.

I received a 5 in my AP Biology exam and have tutored students for free before in college. All of my students went on to maintain at least a B in their undergrad biology classes.
