I have been tutored by Aki sensei weekly for 2 years. She is excellent with just the right balance of conversation, vocabulary/kanji and grammar. She is always structured and organized, and spends a significant amount of time in advance preparing custom lesson plans. She is always available to answer questions, and the lessons are fun, but formal and disciplined enough to ensure steady progress. Highly recommended!

Excellent teaching style

Aki has listened to what we want to achieve from the lessons and has adapted her teaching materials and teaching style to best suit our needs. She is patient when going over drills with us, yet challenges us gently to move along in the lessons. We really appreciate her methods and would highly recommend her for Japanese language lessons.
