Hello! Ever want to take a sledgehammer to that blasted computer because it just won't do what you want it to?! I've been there too... and have CONQUERED that infernal device on many occasion! No need to be a 'puter hater! A computer is a tool, similar to a pen and paper, hammer and nail, to be USED as WE see fit. Sometimes it just takes a little getting used to, a bit of patience, and some friendly instruction on how to get there... that's where I come in!

I am highly proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, with a basic knowledge of Access. And for those of you who require a bit more proof - I have several years experience in the office / accounting industry and currently teach three Career Technical Education courses at our local high school.
