I'd love to teach you how to solve your design dilemmas using both industry-standard programs and budget alternatives. The Adobe Creative Suite isn't as scary as it looks, I promise! I have been informally tutoring fellow creatives for over six years, demystifying digital art and helping each artist develop their own workflow. I would be overjoyed for the opportunity to lift up student artists by sharing what I've learned over years of visual artmaking.

I have worked as a graphic designer, video editor, and illustrator -- both freelance and in-house -- for 7+ years. My experience in painting, theatre, sculpture, and physical media informs my digital practice. That foundational understanding of physical materials and traditional illustration makes for the "secret ingredient" in the way I teach the Adobe Creative Suite.

I have been working with Adobe InDesign for over seven years, creating posters, brochures, comics, packaging, novels, and much more. My work can be found on the walls of the Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, on Spotify album covers, and in tabletop roleplaying game materials. InDesign may seem archaic to many users, but it is actually among the simplest of the Creative Suite programs. In collaboration with me, students will find their ability to confidently design any deliverable.
