I have been tutoring since 2009 and I am highly versed in a wide array of subjects but my primary expertise is undergraduate and graduate business classes. I am also a successful options trader and if anyone is interested in learning how to trade options I can provide them with an established system within 1 hour. When I am successful in helping a client understand a concept, or a subject that they initially thought was incomprehensible, it is simply the most rewarding feeling, more than anything else that is the reason I do this.

I have had the privilege to be able to work with many students of various educational backgrounds and have been able to help them all achieve their goals. I take my role as a tutor very seriously and always strive for the best results for my students. I can improve any student's understanding in Economics, Accounting, English, History, Excel, Statistics, SPSS, Trading and every other subject that I have been tested and approved to teach.

If I am unable to help a potential student I will let them know immediately and refer them to a tutor that can help them. I am in this to help people not just take their hard earned money. My rates are commensurate with my experience and skills; like most true professionals the good ones charge higher rates. And I work on additional tutoring sites and know for a fact that usually they make you buy packages of 10 or more hours. However, those other sites pay tutors below market wages; as a result of the low rate, the only tutors that end up tutoring on those other sites are totally incompetent and a complete waste of your time and money. My rate is $150 per hour for online appointments, please don't try to renegotiate. However, if you would like to meet briefly and verify that I'm the right fit for you please feel free to message me anytime and I would be happy to answer any of your questions. Thank you and have a fantastic day!

I look forward to meeting you and helping you in any way I can!

I have an undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in Finance and Accounting as well as an MBA finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I tutor business students in every relevant course ranging from economics to statistics. I have the skill set and background to enhance any student's understanding of business concepts.
Financial Accounting,

Financial Accounting

I was also a Corporate Accountant from 2000-2008 where I enhanced the accounting skills I learned in college, specifically Financial Accounting. In Financial Accounting you learn how to gauge the overall health of a company by analyzing its financial statements. In more advanced courses you learn about bond and stock issuance, leases, and pensions to name a few concepts. These are all important concepts for any business student to understand as early in your career as possible. The key is to work with someone who not only has an academic understanding of these concepts but also an idea of how they are applied professionally.
GMAT,

GMAT

I took the GMAT in order to begin my MBA program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am very familiar with the format of the GMAT and can efficiently prepare any student to succeed on the test.
Macroeconomics,

Macroeconomics

While pursuing my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I have been fortunate to have great professors that have explained the concepts of economics in a way that made the subject interesting and useful in a real world business application. Economics is a subject that I truly enjoy to teach and can help people understand it and apply it to their daily lives. Macroeconomics specifically is extremely important for all students to understand and apply, not just business students. Concepts like inflation, unemployment and GDP affect the overall economy and it is important for students to be aware of their affect on the overall economy.
Managerial Accounting,

Managerial Accounting

I have an undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University where I double majored in Finance and Accounting. In addition I earned my MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I was also a Corporate Accountant from 2000-2008 where I enhanced the accounting skills I learned in college, specifically Managerial Accounting. It is crucial for any individual interested in being an executive or running their own business to understand all the concepts introduced in Managerial Accounting. To understand the distinction between sunk costs, implicit costs, variable costs and fixed costs are just a few of the important aspects covered in this course. I can help anyone gain an understanding of this important subject within the first session.

Economics is a subject that I truly enjoy to teach and can help people understand it and apply it to their daily lives. In my opinion Microeconomics is the more challenging of the two volumes of Economics. At this point a student needs to apply everything that was taught in Macroeconomics but in a more specified and detailed way. It is important to work with a professional early on if you are experiencing difficulty with this subject as it does not get any easier.

My Excel experience is a huge advantage to a beginner, novice, or even an intermediate user that wants to improve their skills.

English

ACT English,

ACT English

I have been tutoring ACT English for 5 years now. In my opinion the ACT is a more accurate review of a high school education. It is also more challenging than the SAT, but the time constraints are more forgiving in my opinion. Most people neglect the English section to their own peril. It is important to review all sections of the ACT prior to taking the test.
ACT Reading,

ACT Reading

I have been tutoring the ACT Reading section for 5 years. Similar to the English section of the ACT this section is usually ignored and students usually underachieve during this section. It is not only important to practice reading comprehension; it is far more important to understand the patterns involved in mastering this specific section. There are answer choices that you should avoid regardless of the content of the passage. I
SAT Reading,

SAT Reading

The SAT Reading section of the SAT is arguably the most challenging part of the test. The reason why is that some of the answers (especially in the reading comprehension portion) are subjective. I help my students with the interpretation of the material and how to select the best choice. I go through practice questions with my students and ensure they are familiar with the difficult vocabulary terms and sentence structure. In addition I review sentence completion and sentence improvement with my students as well. By using a program developed by MIT graduates we are able to cover every section of the SAT and improve on each of the concepts encountered during the verbal section. The program also provides a score so we can track progress. Using the aforementioned process I have been able to improve test scores considerably.

SAT Math,

SAT Math

The SAT Math section covers the following subjects: Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry and Data Analysis. I have been helping students prepare for the previous topics for years and my methods have helped increase SAT math scores. It is also important to understand the importance of knowing how to take the SAT. I review all of these methods during the tutoring process by using a program developed by MIT graduates which reviews all of the aforementioned topics and also generates a score that is commensurate to the score on the SAT. As every student learns differently it is important to work towards their strengths and ensure they execute consistently. By using the previous program and reinforcing these concepts for a minimum of 8 weeks most students will experience improvement in all areas.

Knowledgeable and encouraging tutor

My son is a college senior and needed assisting with writing a statistically based research paper and Frank in my son's words was "awesome." My son feels so much better about this class after meeting with Frank and will continue to work with him for the remainder of the semeseter.

Realistic scenarios

Frank helped me to digest information I’ve been compiling in my own through realistic scenarios. Next up is for me to apply it and regroup to analyze my results.

Amazing!

Frank is by far one of the best tutors I've had in a long time. His explanation of financial accounting material has definitely helped me excel in my class. I was given many tips on how to properly analyze a problem which expanded my vision on financial accounting as a whole. Without Franks help It is hard to say where I would be in the class. Definitely worth the price did not disappoint what so ever! five out of five star tutor hands down.

A fraud

I messaged multiple tutors about possible times to help me with accounting. After he received my message he scheduled an appointment without my permission or confirmation. He responded to me 4 hours after I messaged him during which I had already found another tutor. I no longer needed a tutor and told him that. I later found out he charged me $70 for canceling a session I never made. DO NOT MESSAGE THIS GUY

Adam, 1 lesson with Frank
Tutor responded:

I realize being charged a cancellation fee is frustrating but they are necessary to ensure students provide sufficient notice for tutors to adjust their schedules. We tutors have many students requesting appointments and only a few available spots; if someone cancels without giving us enough time to contact other students to fill that cancelled spot, it is inconsiderate not only to the tutor but to the other students that are willing to meet with us and get their work done. Obviously no one is happy being charged a cancellation fee but there are industry standard and necessary. In the future please do not schedule an appointment unless you are 100% sure you can attend and if you need to cancel provide sufficient notice.

Frank was great extremely knowledgeable on the subject and helpful.

Frank was super easy to work with as far as scheduling the session, great at communicating! He was very knowledgeable on the subject and super helpful. Would highly recommend using Frank!
