Greetings, My name is Edward C. I received my undergraduate degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Virginia State University and graduated in 2003, I then received my masters degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction in 2010 from University of Phoenix. I have been teaching over 16 years. My area of expertise is Biology but I also have Adult Education experience as a GED/ABE Instructor at Howard County Community College as well as Community College of Baltimore County and now currently teaching MYP Biology at an IB Charter School.My philosophy is that anyone young or old can grasp the concepts of biology through effort. I love to develop creative ways to assist students in not just learning a science course but to understand the particular science course that a student may be taking. My education backgrounds also helps integrate proper studying and test taking strategies. I conduct tutoring sessions at my school several times a year. I plan to give 110% to ensure that any tutee that requires my services passes any exam (AP included). My love for education and science continues to motivate me, I am here, willing and able to assist you!
