Having trouble with trig? Can't get your head around implicit differentiation? Systems of equations not quite adding up? Call me for any of your math needs.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Pure Math and have extensive experience tutoring high school and college students in 1-on-1 and small group settings in classes all the way from algebra through upper calculus and SAT/GRE Prep.

Want the nitty gritty on my qualifications? In 2010 I received Level 1 Certification from the CRLA, a national tutoring organization. My personal test scores are excellent - 5 in AP Calc BC, 800 on the Math portion of the GRE, 3.86 overall college GPA. Every student that I have helped in standardized testing has raised his/her score to passing or better, based on the requirements for their 1st choice school.

Great Tutor!

I just transferred to centenary this year, and started taking calculus I was completely lost due to BPCC not teaching students what is needed for transferring to a 4 year university. When I was started calculus at centenary I was clueless, I dreaded going to class because each day I got further behind. I looked for a tutor about 5 days before the first exam, I booked my first lesson with Stephen. He tutored me for a little bit over an hour, on my first test I almost made a B. I would have recieved a D or worse for sure on that first test if it were not for Stephen. Sense then I have decided to meet with Stephen at least 2 hours each week, and it has helped me very much I am getting A's on all my homework assignments and I have gotten almost an A on every test. For those who are worried about the cost, trust me it is worth it. What I learn In 1 hour with Stephen would take me at least 3-5+ so it saves me time. This has helped so much because before meeting with Stephen I would almost spend all my time trying to catch up and understand the material in calculus which caused me to get behind in my other classes. I am very grateful to Stephen for helping me through this.
