As a teacher, I appreciate student-centered pedagogies, which focus on student learning, and the role of the teacher as the facilitator or instructor. I believe that students are diverse learners with multiple intelligences at varying degrees of proficiency, learning styles, and cultures. It means teachers should instruct students based on students' various needs.
