Hi! My name is Victoria. I went to college at Winona State University. My coursework was Pre-Med, so I am well-versed in Chemistry, Biology, and Math (up to Calculus 2). I am also a strong writer and an excellent at editing papers. My capstone research was in Neuroscience, and I’ve also completed research projects in Cell Biology ( mainly exploring agents on healing wounds).
During college I privately tutored for English, Calculus, and Chemistry. I was also a teaching assistant for an Introductory Chemistry course. Many students I’ve tutored struggle with the sciences, but I promise they aren’t as difficult as they seem. I can teach you these topics in a way that makes sense to you. I firmly believe that no student is stupid and neither are their questions. We are all learning! My goal is not only to teach you, but to help you gain confidence and the tools to study more effectively independently. I look forward to helping you! Thank you!

I took advanced and AP courses through high school in Algebra, Precalc, and Calculus. In college I excelled at Calc 1 and 2 and used that knowledge both in Physics and Chemistry. I’ve also tutored for Algebra and Precalc in the past.

I was a Chemistry major before I moved to Biology. I’ve taken extensive coursework in multiple chemistry courses including Analytical, Organic, and Biochemistry. I was a teaching assistant for an introductory class and have tutored in the intro courses as well.
