For 30 years, I ran my own and successful architectural company in Australia and delivered seminars to over 2,000 people developing marketing, presentation and personal growth skills for the past 15 years. For 30 years, I ran my own and successful architectural company in Australia and delivered seminars to over 2,000 people developing marketing, presentation and personal growth skills for the past 15 years. I invented and developed a unique system of architectural documentation that enabled insurance companies to quickly and equitably settle insurance claims for buildings damaged by fire, a system which became industry best practice.

I am a specialist in niche marketing and branding, and in creating innovative business practices. I am now semi-retired and wish to help others in developing their business skills to further their careers.

I have delivered seminars and workshops on the subject of personal growth and development, career development and project management to around 2,000 people and to groups of up to 100 people for the past 15 years with great success. The results produced by many of these people were and are extraordinary.

I started my own architecture business in 1988 with no knowledge whatsoever of business or marketing. I struggled for the first few years and learned as I went along, by trial and error, the hard way, so to speak. I grew each year and in 1991, I invented a methodology using architectural documentation to assist in fire insurance claims that established my company as a market leader but more so, established a niche market in which I continued to grow until 2010, when my family and I relocated to the US.

I developed a niche market and a unique brand for my company that was a marketing coup. It enabled the company to continue to grow and expand in an area of business without competitors. I developed strong and enduring relationships with our clients such that over 90% of the company's income was from repeat business. This level of customer loyalty was based on our integrity in delivering great output and continuing to innovate and add value.

Participants were divided into groups of five and each group was assigned a coach. I trained the coaches in the methodology of the seminars and often worked with coaches and participants on a one-on-one basis to further their projects. My satisfaction ratings were consistently high and many of the projects were extremely successful and continue to this day.
