Hey! I'm Ron and I've got an interesting story about how I became an expert in both physical therapy and video production. In 2018 I got my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I completed orthopedic residency training in my first year and during my second year I realized that the current model for PT was not built primarily to allow patients to succeed.

After this, I started a physical therapy company. We realized we couldn't treat everyone with this high level of care, so we started producing online content and eventually full online rehab programs. Now, I had been operating a camera for years, but through this timeframe I spent a lot of time teaching others how to operate and excel in that space. Naturally, in the middle of that process I started a video production company and have since worked with both large project management companies, small businesses and individuals creating passion projects.

Both physical therapy and video production provide an opportunity to teach on a daily basis. I teach my patients about their bodies, their injuries and the solutions. I teach the anatomy in a way they understand and I compare it all back to their primary goal, whatever that may be. I've also taught 1st year DPT students in a lab setting where I got to spend time 1-on-1 and both large and small group settings.

My approach to teaching is best described as interactive and collaborative and I offer up a lot of real word examples and stories to bring the message to life. I'm straight and to the point but also supportive. When I was in school I couldn't stand being talked at forever; but whenever someone could explain why that piece of information mattered and the larger role that it played in the grand scheme of things, I was locked in.
