Olena is so helpful and patient. Learning French this semester has been hard and she started at the very basics and has patiently worked with me on each little thing. She’s always willing to go back to something we’ve already talked about if I’m still struggling with it and help me through it no matter how often I forget. Even more, she takes the time to explain the little details that often get skipped over in class. I really appreciate everything and she’s really helped me out!

Great start

This was my first time with Olena, and my first re-entry into French for some time. She did a great job identifying my strengths and weaknesses with a series of quick exercises, and then we dove into a review of the basics. She left me with some homework to work on, which was also great. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my first lesson - Olena is very supportive, and I felt fine letting her know when I was having difficulty with a question and she would help me work through finding an answer. I look forward to working with her again.
