Hi, my name is Allan O. I have practiced Southern Shaolin, white crane boxing and yang style Tai Chi for 37 years. I am a nationally recognized authority on Shaolin Kung-Fu and have appeared in over 40 top rate martial arts magazines and paperback books. I am also a published author and and film and video producer. I have instructed thousands of people on the concepts and applications of Kung-Fu and am adept at instilling skills that are not only subconsciously ready, but emanate naturally...
