I am a chemistry major with a mathematics minor graduating next semester. I use algebra every day in my research and in the classroom.

I am a semester away from earning my bachelors in chemistry with a minor in mathematics and I am currently enrolling into a PhD program for analytical chemistry. I have a lot of experience tutoring. I tutor 10 hours a week at Gardner-Webb University. It's a passion of mine. I also have experience as a Teaching Assistant for the chemistry laboratories at Gardner-Webb. I have research experience working at the national high magnetic field laboratory in Tallahassee Florida studying petroleum oil degradation. I also have research studying biosorbents.

Guitar

I have about 12 years of experience playing guitar, including three years of classical guitar lessons. I play in a guitar ensemble at my college. I will start students with the basic major chords and the major scale. Students will then learn to read tablature as well as treble clef sheet music.
