About Mary

Bio

I've been a math teacher and tutor for more than 14 years now! I work with the strong belief that everyone can learn Math once they are met EXACTLY where they are. My approach is student-centered. I'm able to assess the cause of the blockage, determine the exact need of the student, and create the perfect experience for them to learn.

My experience is mostly with High School and Middle School students but I'm also passionate about working with younger students!

I've been a math teacher and tutor for more than 14 years now! I work with the strong belief that everyone can learn Math once they are met EXACTLY where they are. My approach is student-centered. I hold a BS in Mathematics. My strong knowledge of Algebra, Calculus, Prealgebra, Precalculus, etc... along with my years of experience and my interpersonal skills will make learning Math a totally new experience for you.

There is no need for learning to be a struggle at all. Everything can be broken down and made easy, fun and enjoyable. I'm more than happy to offer one first session for FREE, and you can decide from there whether you would like to continue or not. I offer both ONLINE and In PERSON sessions. Same goes for tutoring French which is another passion of mine!
