Hey there, My name is Jacob. I am a current Microbiology and Immunology PhD student at Tulane University. I have a Master's in Molecular Medicine and Bachelor's degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology. I have taught college biology classes for four years and tutored math, chemistry, and biology for seven years. I love using my experience to help students improve their grades and learn their material better.

I tend to take a very analytical approach to my tutoring. I am extremely good at breaking problems down into basic steps so they are much more approachable. I use this to ensure that students understand the material that underlies the current question and that they have a strong foundation for the material which is to come.
