Hi there! My name is Tim, and I would love to work with you!

Here's a little bit about me: I graduated from Columbia University in 2023, and am currently working at a local law firm. I'm currently figuring out where I will attend law school in the fall, and so far have been accepted to law schools like Harvard, Columbia, and NYU. Hi there! My name is Tim, and I would love to work with you!

Here's a little bit about me: I graduated from Columbia University in 2023, and am currently working at a local law firm. I'm currently figuring out where I will attend law school in the fall, and so far have been accepted to law schools like Harvard, Columbia, and NYU. Through both the college and law school application processes, I had to learn to master standardized tests like the SAT and LSAT. But this didn't come easy - these tests are challenging for anyone!

After experimenting with lots of different study approaches, I eventually found the most effective ways for me to improve at these tests - this led to me scoring a 1600 on the SAT and a 177 on the LSAT. I think the fact that I struggled with these tests at first has made me an effective tutor today! I have been tutoring the SAT, ACT, and high school math since 2019, and I help each of my students one-on-one to find the study approaches that help them personally in improving their scores!

I am open to remote tutoring, but I really think there's something very valuable about the in-person experience. I am local, so I am willing to drive to most of the Champaign-Urbana area to make that experience happen.

Whether a test feels like banging your head against a wall or whether you feel like you need to work with a top scorer to get you over the hump, I'm confident that working one-on-one with me would be a big help in achieving your goals! I look forward to hearing from you soon!
