I have 10 years of experience teaching children in grades K-5. I am bilingual in Spanish. As an elementary teacher I taught all subjects. I am especially passionate about reading, I can help your child learn to read in English or Spanish (or both!). My approach is based on getting to know my students and helping them feel connected to what we are learning. I always make things fun by adding in lots of games and movement. I spent three summers working with high school students and I love to support young people who are exploring their career/college options.
