My name is Robert. I have a BS degree and MBA. I have experience teaching business courses in night school at Limestone College, and as a Substitute Teacher in the Cherokee County School District, teaching history, English, and science from elementary through high school. Teaching has always been a desire of mine, and being able to see an individual progress and move to the next level of success in their learning process is very rewarding to me. I like to make the process interesting and take what may seem to be abstract to the student, and simplify so that the student builds a solid knowledge of not only how to get to the answer, but understand how the answer was obtained. Breaking down something that seems difficult into small parts will lead to better retention and reduce stress on the student. I have dealt with students and people most of my working career, and if you make the subject exciting, understandable, and can relate to the student its usefulness, the next level of success will be achieved. This is my goal, and once the student begins to ask questions, you know that interest has been achieved, and the learning process becomes much easier to achieve. This is my desire, and I think I have the ability to move the student to the next level of success in their academic goals.
