Hello! My name is Jeffrey Ding, and I am a recent graduate of Johns Hopkins University. I graduated with a double major in Public Health and Natural Sciences and will further my education by going to medical school in the fall. I am an 8th-grade English and Literacy teacher at a middle school in the D.C. public school system.
Before working in D.C., I was involved in tutoring while still a student in undergrad and High School. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in college-level biology classes, worked as a time management and study consultant for the Office of Student Support, and done math and science tutoring for both middle school and high school grade levels. My humanities and science background has allowed me to work with students on a variety of subjects, having previously also specialized in college test preparation and consulting.
I have also had previous work experience in the service industry and student mentorship positions, as well as working as a member of different boards in the Johns Hopkins Office of Undergraduate Admissions. I enjoy working with students and seeing their growth and success as I help them reach their full potential, and cannot wait to partner with you to do so!
