A very knowledgeable and patient tutor.
Today, 13 June, was my fifth or sixth lesson. I’ve started from ground zero. I’ve learned a tremendous amount for a person who has very little musical talent. We started with the very basics and have progressed slowly from there. I couldn’t have told you a quarter note from a whole note let alone what number of beats each note gets. He showed me the trick in learning each note on the staffs. He has been very patient, especially my playing with both hands (not as easy as you think). His vast knowledge shows during each lesson as he explains new things to me. Today we covered the Bass Clef Notes G and F. Of course, you must do your part in studying the lesson book and practice, practice. I’m looking forward to learning more.
