I love sharing my knowledge and expertise with anyone interested in using computers and technology to write and record their own music. I can work with students of any experience level whether they are looking to record basic song demos or produce complete music tracks for release. My preferred software is Ableton Live, but I also have experience with Pro Tools, Logic, and GarageBand. I can assist with a wide range of genres including rock, pop, and electronic music.

I have 25 year of experience composing songs and instrumental tracks for television shows and commercials. Beginning in 1998, I worked as a staff composer at various commercial music companies before starting my own company in 2003. Over the years I have composed and produced music for a multitude of television commercials and also spent four years writing songs and composing the score for the Nickelodeon TV show Blaze and the Monster Machines for which I received a Daytime Emmy nomination.

During the COVID lockdown, I had the opportunity to teach via Zoom a handful of high school and college students how to begin producing their own music. I very much enjoyed the experience and decided that I wanted to continue sharing my knowledge and skills.
