What makes Ryan a unique math tutor is his ability to assess & identify students' immediate needs in order to create specific plans of action. Part of these plans include students learning how to research & find solutions on their own...when tutors/teachers are not sitting next to them. Ryan has experience teaching 1st and 6th grade math, and has multiple methods of teaching math based on each student's individual abilities.
Ryan started playing basketball at a very young age. He played in multiple leagues and was one of the top performers in his class. Ryan was a team captain at a high school with nearly 3,000 students, and his team won the league championship that year. He also worked for the Los Angeles Clippers for 4 years during high school and was mentored by Brent Barry (1996 Slam Dunk Contest Champion). Ryan's basketball knowledge is second to none.
