About Ryan

Bio

I taught world history, and geography at Saratoga High School. I also taught AP U.S. History at Valley Christian High School. I earned top-marks in a course for history instructors run by the College Board.

I have a Master of Arts in History, with Distinction. I also have a Permanent California Single Subject Social Science Teaching Credential. In addition to this, I earned top-marks in the CSET Subject Matter Competency Exam. It is worth noting I earned top-marks in my PACT Teaching...

Ryan is a very dedicated, knowledgeable, and giving teacher. He goes above and beyond for his students to improve their APUSH skills. We can call him anytime for any concerns and questions, he would listen and tries his best to help. He is also very patient and pleasant to work with. Very Dedicated and Patient

Ryan tutored my son in AP World History and he was a godsend. My son's teacher was terrible and Ryan was able to present the material in an easier to understand format that made the DBQ essays much, much simpler. Great Tutor for AP US History

Great History Tutor! Our son was struggling with some concepts in his AP US history class and was pretty stressed out about taking his AP exam. Ryan, who teaches AP history at another local high school, was able to help our son understand the concepts he was missing, and coached him on how to approach and break down the essay parts of the exam. Ryan was very patient, and knowledgeable, and friendly, and gave our son the confidence he needed to do well on his AP test as well as the key to do well on essays for all his AP classes. Ryan was a great tutor! I came to him with very little time to study for the CSET. He helped me organize the time I had left to prepare.
