Tom is a superb teacher! He's patient, skilled, and has splendid rapport with children. I couldn't have asked for a better tutor for our son, who's progressed wonderfully thanks to Tom's expert guidance and subject knowledge. My daughter, who is in 8th grade, has met with Tom K twice and loves going. He has a way of zooming in on what her needs are and drawing out her best work. Not only is he helping her on her school work, but he is also teaching her (at her request) things about grammar and vocabulary that go beyond the clasroom. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

We had Tom as a tutor for our son in 8th grade almost for a year covering multiple school subjects including English, Social Study, and Spanish. Tom connected with our son very well from the beginning and my son was able to finish the school year mostly in As. My son especially liked Tom for his broad understanding and views on social and global issues. Tom's approach is very fun and engaging. He is also excellent keeping parents well informed of child's progress. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone who are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate tutor.

My 15-year-old son was not excited when we told him we were hiring a tutor to help him with his studies, but Tom won him over in a single session.
