Zander was patient with me understanding the programs or just computers. Showed me how to use/apply footnotes, display a very presentable presentation. He is patient, understanding, personable he did not rush me. Great guy, I would definitely call Zander again. Thank you, Steve.

Articulate and Thoughtful

My daughter, a high school freshman, was very impressed with her session with Zander. She said many times after 'he's really smart, and nice'. She left feeling calmer and more in control of the information. That piece of confidence and comfort for students is huge. As a parent, it is also huge. Seeing her not frustrated was a win for me.
