She not only helped me make a big step forward in my skills and understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook, she also helped me work through anxiety from having performed poorly on a skill assessment test. After two sessions with Sue, I passed the retest with flying colors. What a gem!
I've been a Microsoft Office trainer for 20+ years, 19 of which have been as a consultant/trainer on-site for a large entertainment company. The only thing that surpasses my real world knowledge is my enthusiasm and engaging teaching technique – a winning combination in the classroom. I have also taught for almost every training company in Southern California at their training facilities, as well as representing them in facilitating on-site training for their clients.

I was taught keyboard shortcuts, options of autofill, and formula rules. Perfect pace of teaching allowed me to write notes. Was able to immediately use what I had learned throughout the rest of the work day.

Sue is super!!! She is patient and explains process/steps in a way that I can understand easily. I wasn't looking forward to zoom classes and then I met Sue and instead of just the 2 mandatory classes that work required, I am looking forward to additional training classes with Sue.

Excellent way of explaining and very patient! I'm not confident in saying that I'm proficient in Microsoft Office when applying for jobs, but with Sue's training, I feel more confident.
