I graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2018 with a B.A. in Education. I am a certified teacher for grades K-8 in the State of Michigan.

Following graduation from college, I taught second grade for four years! I love working with kids and loved my time in the classroom. I am now a graduate student in Communication Sciences and Disorders where I am studying to become a pediatric speech-language pathologist. I can also provide tutoring in speech-language pathology courses such as Phonetics.

Working with children is my passion and my calling. My focus as a teacher is to empower students by building a positive relationship with them and identifying their areas of strength and areas of growth. My goal is to give students confidence as they navigate school and to make our sessions exciting and engaging.

I will prepare lessons prior to each session and adjust the activities and goals as needed. I will collaborate with families to ensure their child is getting the most support from me as possible. I look forward to working as a tutor with your student!
