I had about six sessions with Zia, helping me to prepare to take the CPC Exam for my second attempt. I have never felt more prepared and confident to take on the exam, especially since I'm new to the Medical Billing & Coding arena. Zia was so helpful, she filled in all the gaps of information that I was missing, particularly in the guidelines, terminology, and just general knowledge questions that will come up. I practiced with her on particular sections that were difficult for me, and I reviewed them with her on our follow-up sessions. Zia is patient with you, she helped clear up any confusion or what-if questions you may come across, and overall it was money well spent! I highly recommend Zia to anyone who needs an in-depth understanding of coding & the different sections of the CPT book. I went into my exam with the strategy I felt worked best for me, and I even had time to spare to look over my answers before time ran out. Thank you so much for everything Zia, I couldn't have done it without you!
