Public Speaking

I took a public speaking course in college, and I passed with an A. I have also taking speech and debate classes, and I also passed those classes. I am now in a profession that requires public speaking. I have been teaching mathematics for more than 5 years now, and I am still going strong. I am willing to help anyone overcome their fears on public speaking.

Songwriting

I took a songwriting course in college, and earned an A. I also have written 8 original songs with my own melodies, verses, and chorus. I also created my own soundtrack using Garage Band for one of my songs.

ADHD

I have work with several students with ADHD, and I am currently teaching online classes helping students with ADHD. I go over their IEP; I accommodate them, and I provide assistance according to their individual needs. I also took an upper level course titled Introduction to Teaching the Exceptional Individual which covers helping students with special needs

Special Needs

I have work with several students with special need including autism, learning disability, processing disorder, dyslexia, ADHD and more. I am currently teaching online classes helping students who are diagnosed with ADHD and a learning disability. I go over their IEP; I accommodate them, and I provide assistance according to their individual needs. I also took an upper level course titled Introduction to Teaching the Exceptional Individual which covers helping students with special needs

CBEST passed. I completed the English, and the Math portion of the CBEST. I have a teaching credential, so I passed the CBEST. I did subject matter competency for mathematics, so I did not need the CSET.
