I have a custom presentation on personal finance for students/trainees to set you up for financial success in the future. Finally, I can offer rigorous review of any medical issue.
I have tutored as early as high school, and have enjoyed teaching students during all stages of my career. In college, I majored in Computer Science and also completed premedical courses. I graduated early and had the opportunity to experience work and life outside of medicine. However, I chose to attend UNC Chapel Hill for medical school and have never looked back. I completed my Internal Medicine residency at NYU. I then went to Yale for a Pulmonary & Critical Care fellowship. I am now triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care.
I am passionate in guiding students, trainees, doctors in training, nurses, or any other medical professional to advance in their careers.
I can offer:
- tutoring/advice in specific subject matters, including high school subjects, college courses, medical school courses, pre-med exams, Shelf exams in medical school, step 1/2/3, and board certification exams
- insight into what graduate schools in the medical field are looking for and how to set yourself apart
- preparation for medical school and how to make the most of your time to choose the best career
- how to prepare for residency as a medical student
- tips for an intern to excel and how to succeed in residency to achieve your dream job or fellowship
- insight into the pros and cons of academic medicine vs non-academic/community medicine
- Presentation on how to properly save money during training (401k, Roth IRA, etc)
- Medical opinion as a consulting service
