Roberto is wonderful! His teaching methods and lesson planning are well thought-out, he speaks clearly and at a pace I could understand, he includes humor and lightness, and he is attentive to my goals. Roberto gives guidance (the lesson structure is helpful!) and answers all of my questions patiently, attentively, and effectively. He is clearly passionate about teaching, genuine in his interest in the language and the conversation topics that come up, he is liberal with his positive feedback which makes me feel very comfortable, he is encouraging, and it is a delight sharing stories - I've learned a lot about Italian culture which is great.
