I have been an independent Project Manager/Business Analyst Consultant for the past three years. I contract with organizations to integrate the work of cross-functional teams; gather and write business requirements; and coordinate testing to ensure all requirements are met prior to project go-live. Additionally, I identify and track project risks and action items; make sure issues that arise, post implementation, are resolved; and provide other administrative services, as needed. Previous clients have included the Obici Healthcare Foundation; Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield; the City of Virginia Beach; and RFK Solutionz, a VA-based IT training firm.

At RFK Solutionz, in Suffolk, VA, I was a contracted PMI-PMP Certification Exam Prep Instructor. I facilitated week-long boot-camp training courses for high-ranking officers in the U.S. Marine Corps. Key accomplishments, while at RFK, included: enhancing RFK’s PMP Certification Prep curriculum and training materials, consistently receiving outstanding ratings from boot-camp participants, and facilitating RFK’s first online training course.
