After obtaining my undergraduate degree, I stayed at USC for one more year to earn my Master's in Teaching. Since then, I have been a mathematics and engineering teacher at two different high schools. Through college, I tutored mathematics from College Algebra to Business Calculus to higher level mathematics courses. I enjoy working with students, helping them to improve their grades and increase their confidence in mathematics.

I have many years of tutoring experience in a variety of mathematics courses. I currently teach Algebra 1 at the high school level, and my students have performed successfully on End of Course state testing. In the past, I have tutored algebra 2, precalculus, AP Calculus, Calculus I, Calculus II, Business Calculus, College Algebra, and higher level mathematics courses. I also have extensive experience tutoring for the SAT, ACT, GRE, and ASVAB.

I look forward to hearing from you and helping you with your mathematics goals, whether that involves improving your grade, standardized test prep, or simply gaining confidence!

Knows how to explain and makes sure you know how to do it yourself, rather than showing you how to do everything.

Knows how to explain and makes sure you know how to do it yourself, rather than showing you how to do everything. Shows you once and then has you do one. Works at the pace you want. Thank you.
