Bio

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Intercultural Studies as well as a Master's degree in TESOL. I have taught English as a Second Language for three years at Cascadia Community College and South Seattle College. I have tutored in reading and writing for over a decade. I have worked with elementary aged school children all the way through adult ages. I have taught multiple levels of ability. I have taught reading, writing, grammar, and listening/speaking as isolated subjects as well as taught them...

I have taught reading, writing, grammar, and listening/speaking as isolated subjects as well as taught them in conjunction and cooperation with each other. I have taught non-native English speakers and native English Speakers.

I have been a teacher for the last 10 years. Seven of those years were spent as an Adventure Guide teaching experiential learning. For the last three years, I have been concentrating on academic teaching. I am most experienced in English; specifically reading and writing.
