One of, if not the, best teachers I've ever found/had

I've been taking lessons with Lydie for over a year. I started when I took an intro French course and continued when the semester was over. She was the only French tutor that I met with and she has been the best teacher. J'ai gagné au loto ! Lydie is very organized and has a plan for my learning, but she also listens and adjusts accordingly if there's something I want to learn about or if I ask to go over something again. I can tell that she genuinely cares about my learning and understanding of French as well as my health, asking if I ever need to take a week off. She also has a plethora of different activities and ways to practice grammar and speaking, so our lessons never get stagnant or boring. If you want to learn French or need help with French in some capacity, I whole-heartedly recommend reaching out to Lydie. I plan on staying her student for as long as she'll have me! <3

Lydie is absolutely spectacular. We dove headfirst into polishing my french from my childhood studies as I prepare to relocate to Paris for work. What I love about Lydie is that she sets the stage of our lessons with real world meaningful conversations (controversial topics, debates, personal feelings/experience) and pushes me to express my true self in french beyond the superficial basic language. I have been working with Lydie for a few weeks and I can not stop raving about her to my friends and family. While it is challenging work, I look forward to my time with Lydie every week because she brings such a rare personal touch to every lesson. Thank you Lydie

Lydie has been working with my daughter for over a year. She introduced her to French language and culture and inspired my daughter to dedicate much time to her studies. Lydie has been teaching me a lot of vocabulary through our practices as well as the past tense. Because of our lessons, she tests my listening and speaking by asking me to push more with my sentences when writing them. I do feel challenged in our sessions in a very good way that is helping me to grow.
