I am an accomplished photographer, writer and photography instructor. I'm a former Features Editor for Petersen's PHOTOgraphic magazine and have had my work published in Rangefinder, Digital Photographer, California Tour & Travel, The Adorama.com Learning Center, and Photographer's Forum. Additionally, I have authored a photography how-to book titled "Photos That Inspire / Photo Workshop."

I have taught a number of classes online and in a traditional classroom setting. For five years, I taught online courses that include Digital Photography Basics, Exposure, Architectural Photography and Photography for the Weekend Warrior. Currently, I'm teaching Photoshop Basics and Exploring Photoshop at the Creative Photo Academy at Paul's Photo in Torrance. I have also given workshops on Getting Published in the Photo Industry. Teaching and tutoring is very rewarding for me.

I am an outstanding photography teacher because I care about students' growth. I will take the time to answer any and all questions, and to inspire a love of digital photography.
