Medical Sciences Students: I am a current medical student with extensive experience tutoring various subjects. I was a teaching assistant for anatomy at my medical college, where I held reviews for large classes as well as teaching small groups in the anatomy (cadaver) lab. I was a teaching assistant for anatomy at my medical college, where I held reviews for large classes as well as teaching small groups in the anatomy (cadaver) lab. I also tutored various subjects: anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy. I enjoy breaking down seemingly complex topics into simple concepts that are easy to remember and most of all, being able to see the progress that my students make and the confidence they gain!

Arabic Students: I'm a native speaker of Arabic, educated in Yemen for nine years (1st to 9th grade), where I learned Modern Standard Arabic with grammar as well as Classical. I have 6 years experience tutoring Arabic on this website and independently, with over 10 years of experience. I have taught all levels of Arabic from beginner to advanced and all major dialects with the exception of Algerian/Tunesian/Morrocan dialects.

Spanish-speaking students: Si hablas espanol, puedo hablar en espanol tambien aunque no sea perfectamente. Hay similitudes entre el arabe y el espanol que me encantaria compartir contigo.

I don't believe in lecturing, but rather foster an active learning environment. I incorporate various methods and resources into the lesson, such as visuals and mnemonics (medical students) or field lessons, music, TV learning tools (Arabic students). Memorization is never the answer and I will rarely ask you to memorize! Instead, you will remember through better understanding, spaced repetition techniqu,e and other methods.

I have experience working with students of varying learning styles, including visual learners, students on the spectrum and students with ADHD. I will make every attempt to tailor the lesson to your learning style and maximize your potential!
