I taught at Job Corps, Sacramento for 16 months. I taught multiple subjects to include math, science, social science and writing. I worked 50% of the time in the Careers class, which was all about teaching students to use the computers and how to create proper documents on CDs. In Korea, I taught college students for three years. In the vocational college students had to create PowerPoint presentations and resumes and save them to a flash drive. I had to teach students how to do the research for both the resumes and the presentations and how to put that together in proper format and save it, send it to me and then do a presentation in front of class. For my Engineering students, I had to show them how to get on the Internet and utilize the language site for studying English. In addition, I was giving them outside resources via ebooks, the library, Amazon.com, You-Tube, movies, The Gutenberg Project all for the purpose of improving their reading, comprehension, listening and speaking skills.
