Hello, my name is Sophia. I'm currently an upcoming sophomore at SUNY Cortland majoring in Early Childhood/Childhood Education. My main goal is to personally research any issues at hand and find a way to help the student struggling to better understand the topic(s).
I have experience working with special needs students in High School and making them understand the importance of friendships. I also have experience from High School teaching elementary students important medical situations including CPR and using an AED.
Anything grammar, reading or writing is probably my strongest teaching area. I am willing to create lessons that could better help the student seeking help and have a more one on one learning experience.

My English qualifications come from my experiences as a writer and reader in a college setting as well as college courses in High School.

I am very patient with students and understand some struggles take time to improve. Spelling and handwriting improvement in my opinion come with a lot of patience and repetition on the topic.

I am very dedicated to any of my future students and hope to build a bond with them to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I cannot wait to hear from you!
